We had a really busy week. We went down to Kaposvár on exchanges. I was with Elder Phillips, who was actually trained by Elder Aardema. He's a great missionary and he knows the scriptures really well. It was really interesting to work with him and teach him and learn from him. It was also fun to do missionary work in another city. It was soo much fun.
We also had the assistants here in Dunaújváros. That was a lot of fun. I was with Elder Fitzgerald, who actually served here just barely (I replaced him). That was fun. He is an amazing missionary, and he taught me a lot. We worked a lot on finding while teaching and teaching while finding. It was really great to see him work. He was fun.
Other than that we had a busy week. On exchanges, Elder Fitzgerald and I met with two investigators, Eszter and Zsofi. He had actually worked with both of them quite a bit, and it was fun to see how excited they were to see him again. We invited both of them to be baptized and the both said yes, so now we are working on giving them dates and helping them to keep that commitment. It's going to be really great.
Dunaújváros is a really great place. The members here are awesome and they help us so much. I'm really grateful that I can serve here and work with the amazing investigators and members here. Elder Aardema is really great. We get along well and have some great time.
The Europe Area has a great plan with three goals to help us come to Christ. They are 1. Bring a friend, 2. Become spiritually and physically self reliant, 3. Find an ancestor. They are pretty great and there are these little cards with space for writing goals for these three things. I did that during personal study and it was really cool to come up with ideas for these three areas. I would encourage you all to take some time to consider what you can do in these three areas to help yourself and others come closer to Christ.
Sok Szeretettel,
Terry Elder
Elder Terry didn't have time to explain these pictures but one is of a church so I'm assuming it's the building they attend each week. The last three are of the grocery store and what they bought.
